COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Cover the base of an ovenproof dish with a tomato based sauce. Arrange the cannelloni on top of the tomato sauce and then cover with either a cheese or bechamel sauce. Finally top with grated cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200*C, Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Place 2 pieces of cannelloni in a microwave dish on a bed of tomato based sauce and cover completely with a cheese or bechamel sauce. Microwave on high power in a 1.3kW microwave for 2 minutes. Cook Thoroughly until piping hot throughout
