Asetena Pa Shipping Policy

 

1.Order Confirmation

 

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/text immediately after placing your order.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (24 hours) of confirmation. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. However, contact us immediately at support@asetenapa.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Processing

  • Standard Processing Time: 1 business day (24 hours).

  • Delays: If processing exceeds 24 hours due to high demand or inventory checks, we’ll notify you via email with a revised timeline.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • UK Orders:

    • Dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

    • Delivered within 1–2 business days via UPS, Packfleet, Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.

  • International Orders:

    • Dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

    • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3–10 business days).

Delivery Options:

  • Standard: Free doorstep delivery (no signature required).

  • Tracked/Signed: Available at checkout for added security.

Note:

  • If no one is available, carriers may leave parcels in a safe location (at your risk) or contact you to reschedule.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and service type.

5. International Shipping Restrictions

Due to post-Brexit regulations and customs policies, the following items cannot be shipped internationally:

UK ↔ EU:

  • Food & Beverages:
    ❌ Fresh or perishable items (meat, dairy, fruits, vegetables).
    ❌ Dry goods containing dairy (e.g., protein powder, chocolate).

  • Cosmetics:
    ❌ Lotions, creams, moisturizers, or sunscreens.

USA & Canada:

❌ Animal products, firearms, plants, or restricted foods.

Important:

  • Orders containing restricted items will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Report damaged, missing, or defective parts within 7 days via support@asetenapa.co.uk with:

    • Order number.

    • Photos of the issue.

  • We’ll resolve claims within 3 business days (replacements or refunds).
