Arancini is a famous Italian appetiser of stuffed rice balls, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried. This delicious arancini is filled with risotto rice, peas, spinach, ricotta cheese, mascarpone and mint for a creamy and fresh flavoured inner. They are then coated in a parsley breadcrumb. These are a fantastic prepared solution for starter and sharing menus and save time and labour in the kitchen without compromising on quality or flavour.

Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Microwave on a high setting in a 1.2kW oven for approximately 30 seconds then deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 3 minutes
Deep Fry Instructions
DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 3 minutes, then oven bake at 180°C for approximately 5 -7 minutes. DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes
