A blend of Vegetarian fat, oats and seasoning mix which is then filled directly into Naloform black 75mm casings to form a 1.3kg stick, heat treated then cooled.

Cooking Guidelines: Peel the casing off the vegetarian black pudding and slice to approx. 2cm thick. SHALLOW FRY: Heat a pan with oil on a medium heat and fry for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently. GRILL: Coat in vegetable oil. Place under a pre-heated grill for 7-8 minutes, turning as required.
