Handling instructions
Remove from outer packaging. If cooking from defrost allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Pierce pouch and place on a microwaveable plate. Microwave pouch on a high setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
