Vegetable and tomato sauce contains sliced peppers, onion, courgette and sliced mushrooms. Cheese sauce made with mature cheddar. Topping of mozzarella and cheddar, pre-browned. Part of a range of classic pasta-based dishes in ready-to-heat foil trays. Our time-saving multi-portion meals are great for banqueting and serve-over offers, and come fully prepared and frozen.

Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking times may vary. This product must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 35-40 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 45-50 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly.
