Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Oven Instructions from Ambient/ChilledHANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Allow to thaw in arefrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 30 minutes.Stand for 2 minutes before removing from foil.
