Oven: Defrost before use. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Remove all packaging including foil. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and cook for 12 – 15 minutes, until golden and core temperature exceeds 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national equivalent).
