From Frozen unless otherwise stated Microwave: (900W): Pierce the bag, place it on a plate in the microwave and heat the product for 3 minutes - 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Pour the product into a bowl, then add 200 ml of boiling water. Cooking time should be adjusted according to the microwave power.
