When Will My Order Ship?

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. While deliveries are typically made on weekdays, weekend deliveries may occasionally occur depending on the courier service.

We source products directly from our suppliers on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders are then quality-checked, carefully packaged, and prepared for dispatch on Wednesdays, with deliveries scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays.

Example:

• Monday: Order placed
• Monday–Tuesday: Products sourced from our suppliers
• Wednesday: Order quality-checked, packaged, and dispatched
• Thursday or Friday: Delivery

Orders placed after our weekly sourcing period or over the weekend will be processed from the next working day and included in the following week's dispatch schedule.

Please note that all delivery dates are subject to stock availability and courier operations. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details and estimated delivery date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not entered processing, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@asetenapa.co.uk. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Why is an item out of stock?

We source many of our products directly from trusted suppliers. Availability may change throughout the week, and occasionally some items may be temporarily unavailable.
