It is then topped with a white onion marmalade, apricots, cranberries and flaked almonds. Cooking Guidelines For best results always cook from defrost. Remove portions and allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Cooking Instructions. Oven: Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre heated oven and cook. Temperature: Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 190°C.Time: 15-20 mins. Microwave: Place product onto a microwavable plate and cook at 1200W for 1 ½ - 2 mins. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
