Cooking Guidelines From Defrost Pre-heat oven & baking tray to Gas Marked 4 /350°F / 180°C; Defrost in refrigerated conditions overnight. From Defrost: Place product on tray near the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. Remove lid and cook for a further 15 minutes.
