From defrost- Preheat the oven to 180c and place the product in the packaging directly on an ovenable tray. Place the tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 mins. Remove the tray from the oven and allow to stand for 2mins. Ensure that the product is piping hot throughout and beware of any escaping steam
