From Defrost: Allow to defrost in refrigerator conditions. From defrost, place portion in a microwave dish and cook for full power 1900W microwave for approx. 3 - 4 minutes. Stand. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout. For larger portions increase the cooking times accordingly or cook in batches.
