Pre-mixed seasoning is mixed with water and formed into traditional Lorne blocks which are tempered for slicing. Once chilled sufficiently the blocks are sliced, trayed and packed. Four slices (approx. 67.5g each) are placed into a plastic tray, gas flushed with a heat sealed film, labelled & coded. 15 x 68g slices per tray. 2 x 1kg trays per case

Cooking Guidelines: Shallow Fry: Heat a pan with a generous amount of oil on a medium heat and fry for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently. Grill: Coat in vegetable oil. Place the slices under a pre-heated grill for 8-10 minutes, turning as required.
