OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 25-30 minutes. Allow to stand for 5-10 minute(s). OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 35-40 minutes. Allow to stand for 5-10 minute(s).
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Microwave product on a medium setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 4.5 minutes Allow to stand for 1 minute. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Microwave product on a medium setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 7.5 minutes Allow to stand for 1 minute.
