Suitable for vegetarians. These lightly seasoned and pre-cooked omelettes - made with British Lion eggs - are suitable for breakfast and light bite menus and can be easily personalised. Great for saving on time and labour and ensuring consistent results every time. Packed free-flow to minimise waste, simply reheat individual omelettes in the microwave for just over a minute, or reheat larger quantities in an oven. Please note: The eggs used in this product are barn eggs produced by free range hens temporarily housed for protection from Avian flu.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Wrap in lightly greased foil and place on a baking tray in a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C Gas Mark 7 for approximately 30 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: For best results, place a single omelette on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.8kw oven for approximately 1 minute and 20 seconds.
