Microwave guidelines from defrost. Place 250g of product onto a microwaveable dish and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.8Kw oven for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Cooking times may vary. This product must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75oC for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply national requirement).
