Arancini is a famous Italian appetiser of stuffed rice balls, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried. These delicious arancini are filled with risotto rice, porcini mushrooms, mascarpone cheese and Italian hard cheese for a creamy centre. They are then coated in a parsley breadcrumb. These are a fantastic prepared solution for starter and sharing menus and save time and labour in the kitchen without compromising on quality or flavour.

Deep Fry Instructions
DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 3 minutes, then oven bake at 180°C for approximately 5 -7 minutes. DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes
