OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 190°C / Gas mark 5 from frozen for approximately 25-30 min. Or from defrost for approximately 20 min
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Pierce film lid. Cook on a high setting in a 1.3 kw oven from frozen for approximately 5.5 min. Or from defrost for approximately 3.5 min. Allow to stand for 1 min.
