Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 185°C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 12 to 14 minutes. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 40 minutes. Stand 2 minutes before removing from foil.
