For best results - cook from frozen in an oven. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Oven bake: Preheat the oven to 225ºC/Gas Mark 7. Place on an oiled pre-heated baking tray and cook for approximately 16-18 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. For fan assisted ovens cooking time should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturers handbook. Deep Fry: In hot oil or fat (180ºC) for approximately 5 minutes. Drain well before serving.
