How It's Served & Eaten
In Ghana, Jollof Rice is a festive, communal dish — served at celebrations, family gatherings, and everyday meals alike. Traditionally enjoyed with fried plantain (kelewele), coleslaw, or a simple green salad.
Microwave Cooking Instructions (3 Minutes)
- Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid several times.
- Microwave on full power (800W) for 3 minutes.
- Carefully peel back film, stir, and leave to stand for 1 minute.
- Serve and enjoy!
Oven: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 — 25 minutes from frozen.
