Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety Tips
Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROSTDecant into a suitable container. Cook on full power for 4 - 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Other Cooking Instructions
Defrost before use. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Oven/water temperature should not exceed 95°C if reheating in the bag. Place bag in a water bath (at 85°C) or steam oven (at 95°C) for 25 – 30 minutes. Microwave: decant into a suitable container and heat on full power for 4 – 5 minutes. Heat until core temperature exceeds 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national equivalent).
