They come from curved pods about 3 inches long and have been cultivated in Peru for over 7000 years. Their soft, floury texture makes them a great addition to stews, bean chili Organic butter beans can be added to recipes to provide additional protein, fiber and essential nutrients. They are a source of folate that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue – particularly important for those with hectic schedules.

Just one 70g serving of cooked butter beans is a source of Folate, Potassium and Manganese.
