Handling instructions
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Remove from outer packaging.
Food Safety Tips
Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Pierce pouch and place on a microwaveable plate. Microwave pouch on a high setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Shake pouch gently, heat for a further 2 minutes. Shake pouch gently before serving. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Pierce pouch and place on a microwaveable plate. Microwave pouch on a high setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Shake pouch gently, heat for a further 2 minutes. Shake pouch gently before serving.

BOIL IN THE BAG GUIDELINES: FROM FROZEN: Fully submerge pouch in a pan of boiling water. Return to boil and then gently simmer for 30 minutes. Carefully remove pouch and shake gently before serving.
