Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove the protein strips from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 12 - 15 minutes.
Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Remove the protein strips from all packaging. Gently lower and fully immerse the protein strips into the hot oil for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and serve.
