For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging before cooking. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre heated oven. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Cook From Frozen: Temperature: Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C.Time: 25 mins Cook From Defrost: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.Temperature: Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C.Time: 12 mins Keep Frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
