OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 20-25 minutes from defrost. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 30-35 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove film wrap. Microwave product on a medium setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove film wrap. Microwave product on a medium setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
