Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Oven Cooking Instructions
Remove from outer packaging. If cooking from defrost allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST: Remove film. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Stir well before serving. Alternatively defrost the full tray in a refrigerator and cook individual portions as required. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove film. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Stir well before serving.
