COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST: Remove pouch from box and place in boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer with a lid for approximately 15-20 minutes. Remove belly and place under a medium grill for 3-4 minutes to brown top if required. Alternatively, pierce film and microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 3 minutes. COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove pouch from box and place in boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer with a lid for approximately 30-40 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
