Handling instructions
Remove from outer packaging. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Cooking times may vary. This product must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Pierce pouch and place on a microwaveable plate. Microwave pouch on a high setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
