Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROSTRemove lid.Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 30-40 minutes.Leave to stand for 10 minutes.Alternatively defrost the full tray in a refrigerator and cook individual portions as required.OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZENRemove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 60 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
