As per customer recipe. For guidance, please see below. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS from frozen: For best results oven cook: Pre heat oven to 180°c fan, cover the breast in a small amount of oil, place on oven tray and roast for 16-18 minutes turning half way through. Pan Fry: Place a frying pan onto a medium- low heat with a tablespoon of oil, add the breast and cook turning regularly onto all sides for 13-15 minutes. If the breast starts to colour too quickly reduce the heat. All appliances vary, these instructions are a guide only. Please ensure product is piping hot before consuming.
