Oven Cooking Instructions
Oven cook From Frozen: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place product on baking tray and cook in middle of oven for 14-16 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
Pan Fry Instructions
Shallow Fry From Frozen: Heat 1tsp (5ml) oil in a pan on a medium/low heat and cook for 12-14 mins, turning regularly.
Grill Instructions
Grill From Frozen: Preheat grill to medium. Place product on wire rack of grill pan and cook for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.
Other Cooking Instructions
Oven: Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6 / Fan 180°C. Place on a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 14-16 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Grill: Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place on the wire rack of a grill pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Hob: Heat 1tsp (5ml) oil in a frying pan on a medium-low heat. Cook for 12-14 minutes, turning regularly.
